new user registration notification email is not being sent to the Admin email account.

I’m experiencing a similar issue. New user registration notification emails are not being sent to the admin account on my side either. I’ve already checked the email settings and they seem correct, but the problem still persists. If anyone has found a solution or knows what might be causing this, I’d really appreciate your help.

We’re seeing a similar issue on our end.
The email address field is missing from the registration form, even though it is enabled and set as mandatory in the contacts configuration - which means they never receive the confirmation email. We’ve double-checked the configuration, but we can't see anything wrong. This worked fine with v.4.x.
We are currently running version 5.0.9.
Has anyone identified a root cause or workaround for this?

I also noticed that the setting "Field is displayed during registration" in contacts profile-field is disabled/grayed out no matter what I try to change in the field-setting
