No suggestions on how to fix? Is this the wrong place to ask for assistance?

After updating to the latest version, the "City" and "Postal Code" fields are displayed in the incorrect order. "City" should be before "Postal Code", but this is not the case. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate. In the attached screenshot the "Ci...
