Mitgliedsbeitrag / Membership fee
Calculates membership fees from role memberships and exports them either as a SEPA XML file or as a list (XLSX, CSV). Age-based roles, family roles (including multiplier roles) and fixed contribution roles are supported. Sending the SEPA XML file to a bank needs an external home banking application.

Description
The membership fee plugin is used to calculate membership fees and export them either as a SEPA XML file or in the form of a list (XLSX, CSV). Membership fee does not provide a way to send a SEPA XML file directly to a bank. An external home banking application must be used for this.
Contributions are determined based on role memberships. For this purpose, the following role types have been defined:
- Age-based roles (Contribution calculation depending on the age of a member)
- Family roles (Contribution calculation for families or groups where one member is the contributor. As a special form of family roles, there are multiplier roles in which the contribution value of the role is not added, but serves as a multiplier.)
- Fixed contribution roles (Calculation of contributions for divisions, honorary members, young people, etc.)

Installation (Admidio < 6.0)
These steps apply to Admidio < 6.0, where a plugin is unpacked into the plugins folder by hand. From Admidio 6.0 on, plugins are installed in Admidio's Plugin Manager instead - see Using plugins in your homepage.
- Unzip the file mitgliedsbeitrag_x.x.x to the folder adm_plugins
- Log in to Admidio
- Install a plugin version < 5.3.1.
- Use the Admidio module menu to create a menu item for membership fee with the following URL: /adm_plugins/membership_fee/membership_fee.php (Note: The installation routine is executed when the plugin is started for the first time)
- Install a plugin version 5.3.1
- To install, go to the following page: <your-admidio-page>/adm_plugins/membership_fee/installation.php
- Use the Admidio module menu to provide the newly added menu item Membership fee with appropriate access rights (see documentation Editing the menu item)
- Install a plugin version >= 6.0.0.
- To install, run the following PHP file: <your-admidio-site>/adm_plugins/MembershipFee/system/install.php
Update
- Update from plugin version 5.x to plugin version 5.y
- Replace all files in the existing plugin folder with the files of the new version.
- Update from a plugin version < 5.x to plugin version >= 6.0.0
- Important note: Updates for plugin versions lower than v5 are not supported.
- Update from a plugin version 5.x to plugin version >= 6.0.0
- Delete the existing plugin folder.
- Extract the file mitgliedsbeitrag_6.x.x into the adm_plugins folder.
- Delete the existing menu item via the Admidio module menu.
- To install, run the following PHP file: <your-admidio-site>/adm_plugins/MembershipFee/system/install.php
- Update from plugin version 6.0.0 to plugin version 6.0.x
- Replace all files in the existing plugin folder with the files of the new version.
