On this page you'll find a list of available plugins and themes for Admidio. Please review before installing, if the plugin is compatible with your Admidio version and your database, and is available in the desired language.

| Impersonate | Let an administrator act as another user to make changes on behalf of them or to find out why something does not work for them. For the duration, Admidio behaves exactly as if that user had logged in: the same menu, the same rights, the same lists and profile fields. |
| Arbeitsdienst | Manages the work duty hours of every member; hours that were not worked off can be billed via SEPA. Requires the Mitgliedsbeitrag plugin. |
| BirthdayList | This plugin creates birthday or anniversary lists. Based on the date of birth or the date of joining the organization, lists can be generated for milestone birthdays (e.g. 40th, 50th or 60th birthday) or anniversaries (e.g. 25th, 40th or 60th anniversary). |
| FormFiller | This plugin makes it possible to fill PDF forms with profile data and profile pictures of members, as well as any text and pictures. The creation of labels is also possible. A separate configuration is created for each PDF form or label template used. |
| Letter module Written Communications | This plugin allows you to create letters and form letters. Based on a *.docx template with placeholders it generates a complete *.docx document and starts its download; the result can be processed further with MS Office, OpenOffice or LibreOffice. Individual letters to a manual recipient and form letters to a role are supported. |
| Mitgliedsbeitrag / Membership fee | Calculates membership fees from role memberships and exports them either as a SEPA XML file or as a list (XLSX, CSV). Age-based roles, family roles (including multiplier roles) and fixed contribution roles are supported. Sending the SEPA XML file to a bank needs an external home banking application. |
| Residents | A billing and invoicing plugin for Admidio that helps manage resident invoices, payments, recurring charges and device registrations. Includes CCAvenue payment gateway support, PDF invoices and receipts, role-based access control and REST API endpoints for mobile apps. |
| Search Member | Provides a search field on the overview page to search for members of the organisation; available to all logged in users. The roles to search can be restricted in the configuration, results link to the user profile, and the city can be included for organisations with members across several cities. |
| Statistics | With this plugin freely configurable statistics on profile field contents and roles can be created. A statistic is configured and stored once (similar to an own list) and can then be called any number of times; the result can be viewed by authorized members. |
